Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you plenty of time to try on your gear and ensure it meets your athletic needs.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included and undamaged
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
  • Items must be free from any odors, stains, or damage

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Football Accessories that come in direct contact with skin (mouthguards, protective gear)
  • Caps and Hats for hygiene reasons
  • Belts that have been adjusted or show signs of wear
  • Any items from the Baby category for safety and hygiene concerns
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or wear and tear

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Contact Our Team
    Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Authorization
    Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Your Items
    Securely package the items in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return
    Send your package to our returns center at:

    Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Track Your Return

Exchange Process

Want to exchange for a different size, color, or product? Follow the same process as above, but clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the desired replacement item. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account
